Panaman paperien julkaisussa kunnostautunut Süddeutsche Zeitung sai käsiinsä salakuvattua videomateriaalia FPÖ-johtaja Heinz-Christian Strachesta, jossa tämä tarjoaa venäläisen oligarkin tyttärenä pitämälleen houkuttimelle julkisia urakoita vastineeksi kampanja-avusta. Keskustellaan myös Itävallan mediakentän muuttamisesta samanlaiseksi kuin Unkarissa isoimpaa mediaa ja yleisradiota ostamalla, puolueen rahoittamisesta kiertoteitse ja muuta. Ansan virittäjää ei paljasteta, mutta herättää moraalisia kysymyksiä tälläisten virittämisestä. Ei sillä että se itse asiaa valkopesisi, korruptio mikä korruptio. Ajankohta on "sopivasti" eurovaalien alla, tälläinen on jo suht tuttua rapakon takaa. Toivottavasti ei leviä yleisemmäksi.
Nyt videosta onkin paljastunut pidempi versio, joka tuntuu puhuvan pikemminkin sen puolesta, että Heinz-Christian Strache olisi pikemminkin kieltäytynyt rahoitustarjouksesta. Saa nähdä uutisoiko Suomen "vastuullinen" media ollenkaan uudesta käänteestä...:

The expected turn in the affair surrounding the leaked Ibiza video and the then overthrown former Austrian Vice Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache: As the daily newspaper Austria reports, new text passages from the files of the public prosecutor's office relieved the former FPÖ politician. The transcript of another five minutes of the video therefore suggests that Strache apparently refused to commit illegal acts for donations from an alleged Russian oligarch's niece.

However, the copy that has now emerged paints a different picture. Accordingly, the main suspect, who was also present in the villa, said to Strache and his former party colleague Gudenus: “Look, she (the wrong oligarch) wants to hear: I bring 270 million, within so and so much time I get it back, and you get it. ”The ex-vice chancellor replies:“ Yes, but that doesn't matter. ”Strache then said in the intercepted conversation:“ No way, I won't do it. And with me only straight stories, very straight stories ”.
Another text passage from the video transcript should show that Strache rejected the decoy's offer. In it, Strache replied to the statement that illegal offers in the East “would be completely common”: “No, no. But now we're being honest. Every other shit makes you vulnerable, and I don't want to be vulnerable. I want to sleep peacefully. I want to get up in the morning and say: I'm clean. "
The material could also relieve the former FPÖ club chairman, Johann Gudenus: According to the transcript, he said that "we are not doing anything illegal, period."

Die Ibiza-Affäre hatte vergangenes Jahr eine der größten Regierungskrisen in Österreich ausgelöst. Nun ist eine Abschrift von weiteren fünf Minuten des Videos aufgetaucht. Darin wehrt sich Heinz Christian Strache gegen unlautere Angebote.
Unerwartete Wendung in der Affäre um das geleakte Ibiza-Video und den damals gestürzten ehemaligen österreichischen Vizekanzler Heinz-Christian Strache: Wie die Tageszeitung Österreich“ berichtet, entlasteten neue Textstellen aus den Akten der Staatsanwaltschaft den ehemaligen FPÖ-Politiker. Das Transkript von weiteren fünf Minuten des Videos lege demnach nahe, dass Strache es damals offenbar ablehnte, rechtswidrige Handlungen für Spenden einer angeblichen russischen Oligarchennichte zu begehen.

Die nun aufgetauchte Abschrift zeichnet jedoch ein anderes Bild. Demnach sagte der ebenfalls in der Villa anwesende Haupttatverdächtige in dem Fall zu Strache und seinem ehemaligen Parteikollegen Gudenus: „Schau, sie (die falsche Oligarchin) will hören: Ich bring 270 Millionen, innerhalb von so und so viel Zeitraum bekomme ich das zurück, und ihr bekommt‘s das.“ Der Ex-Vizekanzler antwortet daraufhin: „Ja, aber das spielt‘s nicht.“ Weiter sagte Strache demnach in dem abgehörten Gespräch: „No way, mach ich nicht. Und bei mir nur gerade Geschichten, ganz gerade Geschichten“.
Dass Strache das Angebot des Lockvogels ablehnte, soll noch eine weitere Textpassage der Videoabschrift zeigen. Darin antwortet Strache auf die Aussage, dass rechtswidrige Angebote im Osten „ja völlig üblich wären“: „Nein, nein. Aber jetzt sind wir ehrlich. Mit jedem anderen Scheiß machst du dich angreifbar, und ich will nicht angreifbar sein. Ich will ruhig schlafen. Ich will in der Früh aufstehen und sagen: Ich bin sauber.“
Auch den ehemaligen Klubobmann der FPÖ, Johann Gudenus, könnte das Material entlasten: Er sagte laut der Abschrift, dass „wir nichts Illegales machen, Punkt.“
